Capabilities & technology

EGF's production floor pairs computer-controlled machining with dedicated welding and hose-forming lines: the precision and repeatability that gas fittings demand. Equipment is treated as an ongoing investment, upgraded to keep pace with quality and export requirements.

  • CNC technology

Removes manual variation from the dimensions that matter most on a gas fitting: bores, threads and sealing faces, for tight tolerances batch after batch.

  • TIG, laser & CO2 welding

Automated welding lines produce the clean, consistent, leak-tight seams that gas-carrying joints require, at full production scale.

  • Transfer machines

Carries each fitting through several machining operations in one continuous cycle: fast, repeatable and high-volume.

  • Corrugated hose line

Forms stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses and expansion bellows to a controlled pitch, for consistent flexibility and fatigue life.

Production capacity

Output exceeds local market demand, with spare capacity for larger and export orders.

Export reach

Products exported beyond Egypt, including to the UAE (Sharjah).

Manufacturing facilities

One integrated production floor

Every fitting we make passes through a single, integrated production floor, from raw material to finished, inspected part, giving EGF full control over quality and lead time at each stage.

  1. 01

    Material intake & inspection

Brass, stainless steel and nickel-plated steel stock is received and checked before it enters production.

  2. 02

    Machining: CNC & transfer lines

Fitting bodies and components are machined on CNC and transfer machine lines for tight, repeatable tolerances.

  3. 03

    Welding & forming

TIG, laser and CO2 automatic welding join and shape components into finished fittings.

  4. 04

    Hose & bellow forming

A dedicated line produces stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses and expansion bellows in-house.

  5. 05

    Quality inspection

Finished fittings are checked against British Standard specifications before they are approved for release.

  6. 06

    Packaging & dispatch

Approved products are packaged and prepared for delivery to local distributors and export markets.

Integrated production

Machining, welding and hose-forming all take place in-house, with no subcontracted manufacturing steps.

Quality at every stage

Incoming material, in-process and final checks are built into the production flow.

Together for safer homes and stronger communities.
